Housed in our beautifully restored 19th-century wagon house, Mila offers a warm, inviting space filled with natural light and surrounded by lush gardens. Whether you’re planning a relaxed gathering or an elegant celebration, Mila provides the perfect backdrop for creating memorable moments.

General Booking Info & Menu Options:

• Final guest count to be confirmed 48 hours before your event
• If ordering from our à la carte menu, attached hereto, pre-orders are required 48 hours in advance
• Set menu options are available and can be quoted on request
• You’re welcome to bring in your own décor and flowers (please note: no glitter or confetti allowed)
• Indoor seating: up to 40 guests
• Outdoor terrace seating: up to 45 guests
• No charge for bringing your own cake
• A 12% service charge applies
• Event duration: maximum 3 hours

Please note: Mila is open to the public 7 days a week, so events are hosted in a shared-use space unless exclusive use is booked.

For those looking for a private experience, we offer the option to book Mila exclusively. This includes:

• Cutlery, crockery, and glassware
• Dedicated waiter staff 
• Still water on the tables

Rates:

Off-Peak Season (1 May – 31 August)

• Half-Day (Morning 09h00 – 12h00 OR Afternoon 12h30 – 15h30): R8,000
• Full Day (09h00 – 15h30): R15,000

Peak Season (1 September – 30 April)

• Half-Day (Morning 09h00 – 12h00 OR Afternoon 12h30 – 15h30): R15,000
• Full Day (09h00 – 15h30): R25,000

Additional hours: R1,000 per hour

Please note: Exclusive use does not include food, drinks, décor, or flowers.

Booking Terms

• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance
• Full prepayment is due 3 days prior to your event
• Final menu selection and guest numbers must be confirmed 4 days in advance
• No changes can be made within 48 hours before the event
