Subtle, elegant citrus and stone fruit aromas to the fore. Soft, crisp, lengthy finish with hints of oak.
The two varietals in the blend were fermented seperately in stainless steel, after which the Chenin blanc was aged in a french oak Foudre for 12 months. Chenin blanc makes up 85% and the Semillon 15%. The wine was stabilzed and bottled in May 2018.
