If you would like to purchase wine directly from the Estate please take note of the following. Follow these easy steps:

1. Print or download the order form and complete in full. Please remember to include your e-mail address.
2. E-mail the completed order form to wine@doolhof.com or fax to 021 864 2321.
3. Shirl Francke, of our Tasting Room, will contact you via e-mail once your order has been received to confirm prices, availability, shipping charges and dispatch dates.

Payment

Payments can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Deposit.

Credit Card: Visa or Master Card. We undertake to use the highest security standards to ensure that we protect your details.

Bank Transfer or deposit: The most secure option and the fastest way to receive your wine.

The minimum freight charge is for a 12 bottle carton - so it makes sense to order 12 bottles minimum

Delivery procedure

1. You will be called by the delivery company to confirm your delivery.
2. Please supply a physical address and postal code as this is a Door to door delivery service.
3. Please report any breakages or shortages to us within 24 hours as your goods are insured up to the point of delivery.
4. Please note that someone must be available to supply the required signature for delivery to be made.
5. Your order will be dispatched from the farm within three days once confirmation of your payment is received.
